How does ITandTV Web Design & Programming provide support?
ITandTV Web Design & Programming has built a methodology around
supporting our clients long after development of the initial system is complete.
Customers can call, email, or submit tickets via the web to our system. From
there, we have specific development teams responsible for handling the request.
In emergencies, action is taken as soon as possible, otherwise issues are submitted
to a queue and acknowledged to the customer within one business day with an expected
timeline for resolution or action.
Do you use source control?
Absolutely. This should be question number one asked of any software
development company. We typically operate off-site and will either host source
control for you or access your source control system and code remotely to maintain
your web site or application.

Why do you work primarily off-site?
We provide our own tools, source control, infrastructure, and best
practices to help manage your application effectively for years. All of our
developers are local and work in our office in Chicago. This approach provides
a true team structure and collaboration. We meet weekly to review best practices
in programming and development. Our team also embraces elements of agile development
like code reviews and peer-to-peer feedback.
